Construction Alerts

The following is a list of the major active construction projects in the City that have an impact on daily traffic. Projects are listed in the following, by the primary street that is impacted. To find out more details regarding work on a specific street, including construction schedules, select the street name and the field will expand to show additional information.

Please note that the completion dates listed in the following are approximate dates, based on schedules provided to the City by the contractors/developers for each project. Unexpected field conditions, inclement weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact schedules.

  • Monte Vista Road at Bundy Canyon Road (3/3/25 - 1/31/26) - Wildomar MDP Lateral C, Stage 3, Basin and Storm DrainMonte Vista Hard Closure
    • This Riverside County Flood Control (RCFC) project consists of a 19-acre detention basin located at the southeast corner of Monte Vista Drive and Bundy Canyon Road. Included in the Project is 930 feet of reinforced concrete storm drain and street improvements along the East side of Monte Vista Drive, from Bundy Canyon Road to Summer Sage Way.
  • Lost Road/Lakeview Drive Intersection(2/24/25 - 10/31/25) - Daley A Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation
    • Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) owns and maintains the Daley A Pump Station located at the intersection of Lost Road and Lake View Drive. The pump station has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement.  Construction work will be occurring within and adjacent to Lost Road. The project is anticipated to run from February 2025 to October 2025. Please maintain low speeds around the active construction site.
